What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?Updated 4 months ago
Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item, at [email protected] and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email address you used to place your order
- Your request
- A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
For qualifying damaged items, we will reimburse you the full amount paid, including shipping costs.
