We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. However, our production strategy is largely built around sustainability and environmental care. As such, we ask that you are thoughtful and considerate of the environment when thinking about returns. We have included extensive product specification and sizing information on all product pages to try to ensure that returns are kept to a minimum, and the hard work we have done to minimise environmental impact does not go to waste.
Please find guidance on Returns and Refunds, below. Note that all specific queries are handled by our chat bot and help centre, which can be accessed on the Shop page of the site.
Returns:
You can return all items within 30 days of receipt. To do this, please contact our chat bot which will talk you through the process.
If you cannot find the chat bot or are having difficulties, please reach out to customer support at [email protected]. To speed up the process, please provide in your initial email: your name, order number, the email address the order was made with and a photo of the item showing that the tag remains attached and intact.
Returns for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise. All merchandise must be in the same condition received, including tags.
If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Packages shipped back to us without tracking that fail to arrive are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that your right to return does not apply to personalised apparel items.
Defective Items:
If you would like to report a defective item, please contact our chat bot which will explain everything that you need to do.
Full refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
- Damaged goods from shipping
- Misprinted Goods
- Defective Goods
If you believe your item falls under one of the above, please visit our help centre or contact [email protected] within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item, including your name, order number, the email address the order was made with and an image clearly showing the product’s defects. If your item is deemed to fall under one of these reasons, we will reimburse you, including your shipping costs. Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process any qualifying return/exchange.
Please note that personalised apparel items are non-returnable.
Non-Delivery:
If your purchase is not delivered within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter and try to offer a solution. Note that you can track your delivery using the tracking number provided in your purchase confirmation email.
In the event your item was marked as delivered by the Postal Service, we kindly ask that you reach out to your local post office. There may be a chance your item was prematurely scanned and marked as delivered. In the event this happens your item may be delivered a day or two after the fact. Should you not receive your item by then, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
Please also note that delivery times around the holiday season are largely out of our control. We estimate that orders placed before the 17th December should reach you in time for Christmas, but cannot guarantee this.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order and a further 14 days in which to return your order.
Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to personalised apparel items.
Product Pricing:
We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any overpayment made by you (as applicable). The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at any time up to the shipment of that order and any related items.
