Check your spam folder and other email accounts. You can also find your order number via the Track and manage my order section of our help centre and chatbot.

If you still can't find it, email us with as much information as possible for us to locate your order (Name, email, order number). Our Customer Service Team, [email protected], will be happy to assist you.

You can track your package's progress more closely through the shipping provider which is most likely DPD.
