You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
To do this, please contact our chat bot which will talk you through the process.
If you cannot find the chat bot or are having difficulties, please reach out to customer support at [email protected]. To speed up the process, please provide in your initial email:
- your name
- order number
- email address the order was made with
- a photo of the item to prove that it is in appropriate condition for return. Please show that the label remains attached and in tact and that the item is undamaged.
You will then be asked to ship your item back to our returns address. Note that these shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
