Can I Return or Exchange?

What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?

Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item, at [email protected] and include the following information:. For qualifying damaged items, we will reimburse you the full amount paid, including shipping costs

Can I Cancel or Amend My Order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations or amend an order if the items are already in production. Most orders go into production 60 minutes after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email ukcustom
